solid stay with friendly staff
clean room towel sculptures helpful receptionist
i appreciated the housekeeping. ibrahim and mohammad kept my room very clean. they made towel sculptures every day (i thought it was a nice touch). the receptionists were helpful and friendly. they assisted with every request i had.
the wifi signal was very weak. i had trouble connecting most of the time. it made planning activities difficult.

the food was very good with variety. the restaurant manager was helpful with requests. ice cream and fresh waffles were available in the afternoon.

my room was spacious and clean. the bed was fine with clean bedding. towels were replaced each day (it was a standard room).

helpful team amazing food attentive bartenders
the reception team was helpful and kind. the food was AMAZING!!! i especially enjoyed the main dishes. the bartenders were fast and attentive.
the gym equipment looked slightly outdated.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They addressed my needs. The rooms with balconies are spacious and clean. A view of the pool is nice.
The rooms require some attention. New beds and mattresses would greatly improve comfort, and a fresh coat of paint is necessary.

helpful staff attentive service
The staff were very helpful. the chicken at the restaurant was delicious. I especially liked it. the reception staff worked hard, even when busy. the attentive bar staff ensured we had everything needed, and i appreciated their service.
